Bay Hill Blvd Street Paving
Monday, September 24th to Friday, October 12th
The repaving of Bay Hill Drive will begin Monday, Sept. 24.  Ranger Construction crews will mobilize at 7:30 am  and asphalt paving will commence at 8:00 am. ( Weather permitting).  Construction personnel will be on site to redirect traffic while repaving is taking place.  Repaving will be done on Bay Hill Drive only, and crew members will direct drivers on alternate routes to and from the BHE entry.
Residents are requested to read and follow the instructions below and in the attached letter from the contractor.
1. Do not drive, bike ride or walk on areas where tack (asphalt paving product) has been applied.  Tack is difficult to remove.  If you inadvertently get tack on your car, "Go-Jo" or an orange oil based product such as "Citri-Solv" has been found to be beneficial in removing the product from autos, shoes, etc.
2. In the event of an emergency, make sure the paving crew is aware of your presence and try not to drive in areas where fresh asphalt has not been compacted.
3. If your auto is parked in the area where work will occur, or if you must travel across the work area, please move your auto prior to crews' arrival, preferably the night before.
4. If your property borders Bay Hill Drive and lawn sprinklers spray onto Bay Hill Drive, please turn off sprinkler system 24 hours before crews arrive.  Asphalt cannot be resurfaced if wet.
We appreciate your cooperation in accomplishing this needed improvement to our Bay Hill Estates/Preserve communities.
